Any institution building comprises collective efforts by group of empowered people, sharing common agenda and focus. Same holds true for an enterprise creation. It has been observed that most of the #entrepreneurs are scared to delegate authorities and empower the subordinates below their rank. This isn’t due to presence of any kind of mistrust but it is because of trusting their own instincts more than their employees.
Long time back in my business when I was in the thick of operational work, I realised my output as an entrepreneur was hampered and I couldn’t think on growth aspects. But when I was free from operational work, I could focus more on the growth strategy. This insight guided me to remove myself completely from the routine work.
In order to achieve success in this aspect, you should detach yourself in a phased manner from operational work. Reflect upon the strengths of your employees and plug them in the slots which you are vacating. Supervise for sometime, once you feel they have taken over completely, you too empower them completely. Detachment is key to the success of enterprise creation. Replace yourself with people smarter than you, motivate and empower them. Once you have done with one of the jobs, you can do it with other jobs. Finally you can create a leader who can take over the entire work from you. You are free now, to work on macro aspects.

1) HoReCa supplies: here we serve hotels and restaurants across Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra with food, grocery and other kitchen items. We cater to 1500+ restaurants and hotels.
2) Brand Consultancy: here we create rural supermarket and empower a rural retail entrepreneurs with modern trade skill set.
3) Retail Distributor: We are authorised to distribute TATA consumer products within the specified region to other retailers.
4) Production : We produce range of in-house masalas and spices along with ATTA under this business unit.
All these SBUs are headed by unit heads who are empowered enough to take strategic decisions independently.
An enterprise thrive if an entrepreneur focuses on creating multiple revenue sources. This happens only when he has enough time to take macro decisions and chalk out growth plans. This would happen if he detaches himself totally from day to day work!
