Sometimes struggles we face in our lives – be it on personal front or professional front, take us to new heights which we had never otherwise aimed for or even imagined.

During my initial days of starting #HeartyMart, I had my fair share of struggle and pain. In order to earn my sustenance, when business was still crawling to stand on its feet, I started visited B-Schools to teach and mentor young minds and in the process earn my sustenance by taking lectures. This open a plethora of opportunity for the brand – #HeartyMart, as academicians started liking the story I was scripting. In 2007, MICA and ECCH published the first case study of the brand, making it a global case study. IIMA followed the suit and later on a dedicated book was published on the business model.

My idea of enterprise or business creation, was always to create an impact on ground and influence those, who look upto us for guidance and mentoring. I am happy that in my own little way I was able to do what I had aimed for. #HeartyMart is soon going to be a part of academic study in one of the prominent universities of Ahmedabad.
